My card broke or doesn't work anymore. Now what?

Well that's annoying... But don't stress, we can easily track the points of your registered card.

This is what you do:

  1. Download the Joyn app on your smartphone.
  2. Log in with the email address that was linked to your old card.
  3. Your points will appear in your overview.
  4. And from now on, you'll always have Joyn with you, in your Joyn app! Handy!

Don't have a smartphone?

Follow these steps:

  1. Ask a local Joyn merchant for a new Joyn card.
  2. On the merchant's iPad, link it to same email address as before or register your card at home using this link.
  3. In both cases, you'll receive an email with a button to link your card to your account. Don't forget to push the button!
  4. Your new card has now been linked to your email address.
