I unsubscribed for one of the merchant's emails, but now I want to receive them again.

You can easily change your notification preferences using the app on your smartphone or through my.joyn.be.

In the Joyn app on your smartphone:

  • Open the Joyn app and make sure you're logged in
  • In the top left corner, tap the little guy with the gears
  • Select 'Merchant campaigns' and make sure the slider bar for 'Email' is set to green (ON)
  • Select 'Manage merchants' and make sure the slider bar for the merchants you want to receive emails from, is set to green (ON)
  • You'll now receive emails from the merchants you selected

 

Via my.joyn.be:

  • Go to my.joyn.be 
  • Log in using your Joyn account
  • On the left, in the bar, select 'Notifications'
  • Make sure that for 'Merchant campaigns' the slider bar for 'Email' is set to green (ON)
  • Click 'Manage merchants' and make sure the slider bar for the merchants you want to receive emails from, is set to green (ON)
  • You'll now receive emails from the merchants you selected
