How do I inform my customers of my new reward?


When you set up a new reward, you'll want to tell your customers about it as soon as possible. You can now share this update with all your customers who use the Joyn app.


  1. Go to your merchant portal ( and log in.
  2. Open the tab 'Rewards'.
  3. Select '+ Create a new reward'.
  4. Enter your reward's details (in at least one language).
  5. Choose an appropriate icon.
  6. Check the option 'Automatically inform your Joyn app users about this reward'. 
  7. Select 'Save'.

Your reward has now been activated and it has been shared in the overview of all your customers using the Joyn app.
