My customer's coupon doesn't appear on the iPad. Why?


If a coupon doesn't appear on your iPad, it could mean the following:

  • The coupon wasn't activated.
  • The coupon has expired.
  • The coupon has already been redeemed by someone who is using the same account.
  • The customer is scanning a card that is linked to another email address than the one used to activate the coupon.
  • The customer scanned the QR code that is shown on the iPad. The customer needs to use his or her personal QR code from his or her Joyn app and hold that code in front of the iPad's camera (by tapping the gears icon in the top left corner).
