I sent an email with a coupon. What happens next?

  1. Your customers will receive, open and read your email. 
  2. They'll click the 'Activate coupon' button.
  3. When they've clicked the button, the coupon will be linked to their account.
  4. When they visit your business, you follow the same steps as you normally would.
    You tap 'Start' or 'Scan card' and enter the points. The customer scans the QR code of his or her Joyn card or app on your iPad. A pop-up will appear saying that the customer is entitled to the coupon.*
  5. Redeem the coupon by confirming with the button.
  6. The customer receives his or her little extra, as well as the points he or she earned with this purchase.
  7. And that the coupon was redeemed, has now been added to your history. You can download this info later on, and add it to your books.
