Why am I not getting any birthday messages from Joyn merchants?


Many Joyn merchants send a nice little email to their customers for their birthday.

But of course, they need to know when to do so! Did you enter your birthday when you created your Joyn account?

Follow these steps to check this in the app:

  1. Tap the icon in the upper left corner.
  2. Select 'My account'.
  3. Choose 'Edit'.
  4. Edit/enter your details and confirm by tapping 'Ready'.

Send an email to hello@joyn.eu with the following information:

  • The email address linked to your Joyn account;
  • Your birthday and any other possible details that need updating.
