Why do I never receive emails from Joyn or from Joyn merchants?

There are a few possible reasons for that:

  • Your account hasn't been registered yet.
    More info about registering.
  • Your account hasn't been activated yet.
    After registering, you'll receive an email from Joyn containing a button to activate your account. Click that button, complete your profile and choose a password to activate your account.
  • You've disabled all your email traffic in your email preferences.
  • You're saving together with your partner or another family member, and the email address of that partner or other family member is linked to your account. That person is receiving all of Joyn's messages.
