You found your lost card and would like to unblock it? That's easily done in the Joyn app.
- Tap the icon in the upper left corner.
- Select 'My account'.
- Choose 'My cards'.
- Locate the card number from the list of blocked cards and tap the plus sign behind it to reactive the card.

Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- The email address of your Joyn account;
- The card number of the card you want unblocked.
