I'm not receiving the email to reset my password.


This could be due to several reasons:

  • Did the email end up in your Spam folder? Be sure to double check that.

  • Did you make a typo in your email address?
  • Are you sure you already have a Joyn account for this email address?
    If your email address hasn't been linked to your account yet, we can't actually send you a reset link.
